Wet underfloor heating

Sorry for reposting on here, it seems this place is the busiest nowadays Does anybody here have a ballpark figure on how much this costs at all? The space i'm looking at is at a guess 35-40m2. Concrete floor in a property that was built about 11 years ago.

Not something I'm looking at imminently but I've seen some wildly different estimates when researching online and I'd like to hear from those that have had personal experience.

A friend of mine had a nightmare lasting a couple of years getting underfloor heating installed. Difficult to get good builders in the SE (even for an insurance job, as it finished up as). I would suggest beware the cheapest quote and check references.
