They seem ridiculously sensible posts!I've just nipped over for a peak over the garden wall and there are a few complementary posts about the Boro performances. I have screen shot a few and put a link below to the board. Worth a read to see how the opposition viewed the game.

Totally agree, the Dieng save from Wallace proved a crucial moment in the game and as you say, it’s good to be on the right side of a result for once. They were the best team we've faced this season by a mile.
A very even game for me with similar amount of chances at both ends.
A good goal from Hackney was the difference in the end but it could have just as easily been 1-0 the other way.
Anyway nice to be on the right side of a tight game for a change.
I don't think he was absymal. He got himself into some really good positions and always seemed to be involved with the good stuff WBA were doing. I don't think he had a brilliant game but he certainly wasn't abysmal. Some good comments there.
Disagree with the poster who thought Jed Wallace wasn't poor. He was absolutely abysmal for them.
I thought he was really ineffective and wasteful. If they started Fellows they would have given themselves a better chance of a result. I really think Wallace is just a run of the mill championship player. Looks a good pro and gives his all but that's about it for me. Not much qualityI don't think he was absymal. He got himself into some really good positions and always seemed to be involved with the good stuff WBA were doing. I don't think he had a brilliant game but he certainly wasn't abysmal.
Yeah I'd say that's fair. Decent squad player for them and probably a good lad in and around the place but looks like he's on the way down now for me rather than up.I think he was wasteful and i agree that i think they might have given themselves more of a chance if Fellows had started, maybe there was were some other factors at play but i think it's harsh to call him abysmal. He didn't shirk responsibility but i think he lacked execution.
This happened last season to a degree as well.I feel he was right, but it was melt down on here with some fans questioning if Carrick had taken us as far as he could.
Equally, we shouldn’t get too carried away, it is only the beginning of October and a lot of games to play.
No surprise at all, this place can be toxic after a defeat and even more so when it is Sunderland who we have lost to.This happened last season to a degree as well.
It’s easy to get swept away with the emotion of football after a bad result. Win, lose or draw I always try to put emotion to one side (that can be difficult) and give a balanced view point. I used to fly off the handle after a bad result in my younger days, but have certainly mellowed out in the last 5-10 years.
I posted a few things after the Sunderland game and the responses just weren’t engaging with as so I logged out for a few days as my frustration with the game wound have also got the better of me.
That said, a couple of the posters who were regularly posting after a few disappointing results are nowhere to be seen in the last 5 days - Surprise!
Yeah I'd say that's fair. Decent squad player for them and probably a good lad in and around the place but looks like he's on the way down now for me rather than up.
The fact he looks about 70 doesn't help my thinking either. Oldest looking 30 year old I've ever seen.
Mad isn't it. My Mrs couldn't believe it when I told her he was 30 last night.I would have sworn he was mid 30s, he seems to of been around a long time, hes definitely lost a bit of pace in the last year as well.
