Let the players select the "Duty Coach" - like a raffle : a nominated player gets to pick the coach by pulling a ticket out of a bag - like the FA Cup?

Or you could write the player`s names on the floor - get pzzd and play "spin the bottle"?
The winning player gets to take training an pick the team?

Hull got rejected at the last minute by their main candidate that they thought they were just about to appoint.

Not sure what the hold up with Cardiff is though.

Maybe do the ā€œBoro bingoā€, except just have 50 tickets, winning ticket gets to manage for 45 mins and a heritage hamper to boot (well it is near Chrimbo) lol šŸ˜†
