My family like yours are and were fantatic, but sometimes too close to share things. I did have an aeotic heart valve replaced 5 years to the day. So I bottled a lot up, as they had already been through the mill. I thought my reasons were sound but they werent really.

Sorry to hear that Legz, but worry not, if they’ve diagnosed it early it’s treatable.
My other half was diagnosed after our holiday to San Fran (what a homecoming that was). She had a lumpectomy, 15 zaps of radiotherapy and 5 years of taking tamoxifen daily (just finished) and she’s now all clear. Good luck my dear.

Diagnosed with breast cancer yesterday afternoon....such a shock...no family history...right side of 50 etc etc. Yesterday we cried....today my attitude has totally changed....and "Arthur" (as my daughter has named it because it's always blokes who cause the aggro and luckily she has the same dark sense of humour as I do in these situations) can go and f@@k himself....I don't intend on letting him stay long!!

You've got this Legz. Arthur's got no clue what he has set upon himself.
