Well done NW that was fast & exciting

I know I'm out of line, but I actually enjoyed the Coventry game much more and thought we played much better than tonight in some spells. There was a massive overrreaction on here, but can't say I was surprised. Individual errors cost us, the ball didn't run for us and they just outworked us. Tonight we had that bit of luck and Sporar put the icing on it. Keep calm, don't overreact in either direction and we'll enjoy the season much more.

Defence still looked a bit shaky especially first half, a more confident team scores one of their chances. We desperately need Bola and McNair back in team.

Hernandez and Sporar the picks of the attacking threats for me, we haven't had a place like Hernandez since Adama. Jury is still out on JLS, tends to go for the Hollywood ball sometimes when a simpler pass is the better option.

Last night the defence (Peltier and hall) still looked shaky and the midfield (howsonand siliki) made numerous misplaced passes, in truth we weren’t any better than against Coventry in those areas but we were playing a much poorer opposition and had a clinical striker on the pitch.

If our players start to click then it looks like we will have a good side, much better than last years.

We broke quick & pressed Forest in the 1st half, a cracking goal from Andrez, 2nd half we dug in & then got a hold of the game, its the speed of the players I was excited with, some think we've lacked for a good few years

Crooks was quiet both halves but when he got the ball he oozes class, hardly gives the ball away
Uche was so unlucky with his low header

As bad as we were v Coventry we were as good tonight

Absolutely buzzing
I thought Crooks was as good in the second half as he was poor in the first.

Given how he was used I suspect we'll not see Sporar very often without Crooks, or possibly Uche, if Crooks isn't available.

He's been a great signing, his touch is fantastic, which I'm a bit surprised at if I'm honest.

We did ok but it certainly wasnt anything to be excited by, gave up plenty of needless chances and the game could have so easily gone the other way
