Well done and big thanks NW

100% would have love to have see. Him and Bamba after a play off final win. It was the stuff of dreams.. but alas it wasn’t to be.

Hopefully Neil gets the chance to get those record breaking games under his belt and save another club. Wasn’t keen on the idea of him coming here tbh. He’ll certainly be remembered as one of my favourite managers.

You weren't keen on him coming here. He certainly won you over then.

It’s complete fantasy.

Warnock's 2021 record:
P 42
W 15
D 8
L 19
Pts 53 = 1.26 per game.
We all already know that you hated the bloke. No need to keep repeating it over and over again. He's not even here anymore. You were having a go at people for not being enthusiastic over Wilder on another thread earlier and telling them to get behind the new manager. You never got behind Warnock and you twisted anything you could in to something to have a pop at him about. And you're still doing it.

At last the cavalry have arrived....spot on Bumface 👍

I didn’t hate him but I didn’t think he was getting a tune out of this squad and needed replacing.

He’s been dialling it in for months now.

Sorry Zorro, but Bumface has nailed it in a wonderfully succinct piece of writing. I hate to think what will happen if Wilder benches Payero, your head will explode. ;)

Warnock did the job he was brought in to do, he has struggled of late but we now need someone who can push us on to the next level, hopefully Wilder is that man, football is a tough industry and Warnock more than most will be fully aware of that, he didn’t criticise Gibson, which is good but I think the time was right for this change, we are all Boro supporters and have and will see many managers and players come and go over the years, the fans are the one constant, not the club personnel.

I'm on record here as saying I'd never been a fan of his, but he did save us from almost certain relegation and he also managed to get the likes of Bola, Dijksteel and others playing at times. However, we had become very stale and lacking any form of shape, identity and method so it was clearly time to move on if we have any hopes of pushing for the playoffs this season.
Overall, I thank Warnock for the job he did, but I'd never say I ever warmed to him.

Thank you for keeping us up and guiding the club through dodgy times Neil.

If the club wasn't in safe hands when you came in we could be marooned in League 1.

You made mine and I'm sure many Boro fans Covid lockdown times easier with your words wisdom wit and occasionally, wins.

Duncan was a cracking signing off the bargain pile.

It wasn't all perfect but you may just have laid the foundation for Wilder to take us to another level.

Will have to change my username at some point as I've only had this one for the new forum.
