Our midfield is so poor in all areas we need to upgrade and bring in quality as Barlaser/Hackney/McGree just don’t have enough quality but we’ve known this for quite some time.

That was such a poor performance without really raising a sweat. Ok arguably we’ve only one striker but it’s elsewhere where I have my concerns. I’m worried that this performance is carried into our league games and if it is then I have to say Carrick is looking at a pink slip very soon.

Hackney has quality but is just off the boil a bit. Mcgree has quality but seems to have fell off a cliff form wise. Could be the fact he’s not having a solid run in the side or a good on pitch relationship with his left back.
