I think some of it is self belief but I also think we've not got the attacking system working.

I like the look of the new wingers but I'm concerned they'll simply be asked to beat a man and whip a cross in (not sure we've got the forwards to profit from that approach). Id much rather see them cut inside and link up through the middle

I personally think we have more quality in our squad than Derby.
