Warnock retires

Did an incredible job keeping us up. Would have liked him to be able to leave the club on his terms, but the team wasn't performing and Wilder has proved it was the right time for a change. I never liked him until he was Boro manager but now I'll always respect the man. I hope he enjoyed his retirement and I look forward to more regular appearances from him on sky sports and talksport!

Cracking appointment at the time and steered us safely through a tricky period in history. Grateful to have had him when we did. Hope he enjoys his well earned retirement.

But harsh to blame that mess entirely on Woodgate, yes he was out of his depth but gibson, monk and Pulis equally if not more to blame.
 
Saved us from relegation, had a good go on next to no budget. Up there with the best of them! WHAT A GUY!
