To add a bit of balance he said he hopes we go back up and are a very good team.

The statistics are clear… he does do well against us.
 
He does want us to go up…….. but via the play offs, he would love us to stuff Watford at Wembley if the chance arose

If he keeps Huddersfield up then I’m £50 down 🤦🏻 it will be an incredible achievement to be fair, I still think he will not succeed given their fixtures, but he has Wilder up next 👀

He revels in people having a pop at him, so the more people do it the more he is encouraged, fans never learn

I wouldn't. There something uniquely annoying about Warnock. The best thing you could say about him I suppose is that you can tell he has a warm side - Wilder was a cold fish. They both massively rated themselves - and fair play to Warnock he's had more successes than failures. but Warnock's teams have never been known for anything other than niggly football. He's a niggly person

We’d potentially be scrambling about in league 1 now if it wasn’t for Warnock so I’ll always be grateful for that.

In hindsight I’d have much rather not have sacked him for Wilder and got Carrick in during the summer after he “retired”. Easy with hindsight though.
 
He’s a t*t. We all know it. He’s an arséhole. BUT. He is also a character. It’s performative. I think? He plays up to the nonsense. He’s probably sound if you bump into him in the pub and have a half. But there’s also a reason why quite a lot of people think he’s a knob head.

He was good for Boro. He’ll be good for Huddersfield. What can you do.

His team was always, always going to win today. Good luck to them, I hope they stay up.

He's not wrong in fairness, he does always do well against us.
I believe he's sincere about us going up, he loves our club and he knows our fans are fond of him because of the job he did. He's fond of us to.
Personally I'm a big Neil Warnock fan and the second he took over at Huddersfield I knew he'd keep them up, nothings changed my mind since

Neils ideal season?
Sheffield United and Boro up. Huddersfield and Cardiff safe, although you'd imagine it'll be them sucking Cardiff in

Maybe, I think his bitterness has come out since he was sacked. To be fair, even though I was aghast he was our manager, I didn't particularly think he deserved to get the chop when he did.
