Glad yours is ok. I've rang them and their automated system acknowledges they have 'found the problem' and will be on by 8.15.

No, youfibre. They're a seperate isp rolling out in Stockton. Can get 1000mb up/down for £35 a month inc mesh WiFi router, or they do slower speeds too.
No installation fees, no in-contract price rises. Much better than virgin and having sage upload as download is pretty cool
