Glad yours is ok. I've rang them and their automated system acknowledges they have 'found the problem' and will be on by 8.15.Working fine for me?...

Yes mate. It was a problem affecting quite a few.Have you done the oldest trick in the book and rebooted your router every hour or so?

No, youfibre. They're a seperate isp rolling out in Stockton. Can get 1000mb up/down for £35 a month inc mesh WiFi router, or they do slower speeds too.It is fibre I think.

No installation fees, no in-contract price rises. Much better than virgin and having sage upload as download is pretty cool
