virgin media email anyone else having problems

seems to have sorted itself now.
had email address since forever, use it for everything so very reluctant to change but feel ntlworld.com is going to fail sooner rather than later

Having an isp email is a really bad idea imo

If you ever leave them they can just randomly delete it someday

I left virgin some time back and still have an active ntlworld email but can see them sunsetting
It someday.

Better off getting something like gmail, if you can set up a mail forward from the virgin if you still have access that will help, then any time you get anything just change that email address

Having had an old isp email disappear, it is extremely annoying as getting access to many things relies on receiving that email.

I'm also with VM and in TS8 and there are definitely underlying issues with connection. Looking to leave them so will set up a Gmail or similar account first.
