Think he's in the last year of his contract, and his passing really isn't up to scratch, McNair, meh

Top League One player, never consistently shown it in teh championship

Howson is still one of our best players, although the same could have been said about Leadbitter

I think he is a weak link as a CDM, simply can't cover the ground quick enough, he's decent with the ball at his feet driving forward, but the nuts and bolts of CDM he hasn't ever been good at.

Giles should be pushed further up the pitch imo

I'd agree, but if you do that he isn't going to score individually, and Jones isn't a goal threat, we only have Crooks as a CM who can score, we're short of goal threat if he is higher up the pitch
