Vauxhall astra car radio advice

Vauxhall Astra (2016) , radio has power & can tune & select stations , but no sound coming through speakers .
Anyone had the same problem or know how I might solve the issue ?

Yes , did that but no change .

Could it be your battery? I’ve got an Astra and when my battery was low I started having issues with the radio.

Possibly mate , but everything else electrical is fine .

Pull the fuse for the radio, wait 5 minutes before replacing it.

This should reset the radio.

I had the same with my Corsa. Turn radio off then back on, go onto FM radio, then press the off/on button and the right hand skip button together for roughly 20 seconds and it comes to life. Hope it works for you

Check the manual, or google, they're usually fairly accessible eg in my focuscits passenger footwell in a pull-down panel

Just had a quick Google.
The radio fuse is number 37.
It's located behind the centre console.
If it's a software problem this should fix it.
