only Lewandowski for me as an out and striker. Whilst they are different players I would put Kane on par with Mbappe. No one else is up there with him. I don’t see Messi and Ronaldo as strikers.

Yep he's the obvious one. Kane has scored consistently in the Premier League, Champions League and International. He's also got over 200 goals for Spurs in something like 300 games. That is brilliant.

Vardy for me, I enjoy watching him more. Like watching a terrier hunt for a fire hydrant. I think he's a bit less selfish than Kane, he appears to get more assists.
He's a pretty good defender also.

Both excellent players with qualities that could compliment each other in the same team imho. That said, I do prefer to watch Vardy, but agree Kane is quality too. As for World class, well everyone has a different definition it seems to me, I prefer to think of both Kane and Vardy as maybe top class.
