Var in the Chelsea or Villa Games

It won't be used in the Villa match on Saturday, the FA Cup only allows its use at Premier League grounds before the quarter finals.

It will be used if we take it to a replay at their place though.

People always say this but it makes no sense. The rules are the same. You might get different decisions with VAR, often more correct decisions, but you will get different decisions with different referees so the point is moot.
Disagree, VAR can correct poor ref decisions or vindicate good decisions, without it poor ref decisions remain poor ref decisions

But that affects both teams in the game equally. You can have a PL referee or a L1 referee and get the same problem with inconsistent decisions being made. In an ideal world everyone would have the best referee and all decisions would be correct but there's only 1 best referee so everyone else has to have a different one. VAR bring available means more matches are not going to be decided by poor referees which can only be a good thing.

The lack of consistency is appalling, either everyone uses it or nobody uses it surely….
Bigger grounds have better facilities. The minimum floodlighting requirement at steps 3 to 6 is 120 lux and there will have been matches played in this season’s competition at grounds that barely have that level. Should we be obliged to turn ours down to that on Saturday, because either everybody uses floodlights as bright as ours or nobody does surely?
