Booked for this Friday. Reviews look good. Anyone else tried it?
Hey on the Bob....thanks for explaining the need to dispense with January before a February visit...genius...Definitely my favourite Indian. Decent variety of Curries and starters too.
I’ve not been in a while, but might be tempted to have a February treat once January is out of the way.
I’m currently in the midst of dry January and on about 1500 calories a day. An evening at Vadah would write off a week of January for me!Hey on the Bob....thanks for explaining the need to dispense with January before a February visit...genius...
They probably do a 0 percent Cobra (24 cal) which isn’t bad. Also if you go for a dryer dish you can still enjoy without having to burst your trouser belt.I’m currently in the midst of dry January and on about 1500 calories a day. An evening at Vadah would write off a week of January for me!
Sounds great in theory. I’m an impulsive man though. I could go there with the best intentions and leave with regret! They probably do a 0 percent Cobra (24 cal) which isn’t bad. Also if you go for a dryer dish you can still enjoy without having to burst your trouser belt.
Great stuff. Will power. My alcohol intake had to change on doctors advice and haven’t missed it with these low alcohol beers which have also allowed me to shed pounds too. Some of the beers are actually not bad and it also allows you to continue to fit in socially at the bar. You do though realise that your mates talk absolute bollox after a few when you remain sober and they tend to raise the volume of their voices for no reason at all.Sounds great in theory. I don’t actually miss the drink at the minute. Would happily just have a sugar free drink or water.
I tend to do the same every year though. I just find it easier to get into a really disciplined mindset. Lose a bit of timber, then any savings we have from not eating out / take aways / drinking etc. do something nice with in February / March.
However this year, it’ll all be going into the Wedding fund for July. Trying to save and shed the pounds simultaneously
Haha! Yeah I know what you mean. I tend not to drink too heavily in the main, but my weeks go downhill from a Thursday when I go to darts followed up my match days on a weekend and the associated bad food choices that come with booze / hangovers.Great stuff. As for a curry as long as you do it in moderation (ie once or even twice a month I don’t see the great harm).
