Does it get any lower than this. Especially given the very “unsafe” conditions many of those now impacted had to endure during the pandemic.

It looks a particular own goal to me give we're talking about several professions that are already understaffed and that there are plenty of roles open still in other fields. Take away the ability to ask for improvement and more people will vote with their feet to other careers. Can you legislate against that?

It is scaremongering by the government and they are hoping people might think twice about striking with the fear of being sacked hanging over them. They will also use it to weed out the wheat from the chaff.
