I like Hovland for day one mate but still:+

1) Brooks
2) Rose
3) Brooks

He's a streaky player is Brooks, he wins in bunches.

Backed Max Homa EW before the tournament. Shot 61 round this track whilst in College.

I am a big Rory fan so wouldn't mind seeing him win a much needed Major but I wouldn't mind Schauffle or Fowler picking up their first Major.

Yes, even by my standards that was an absolute disaster.
 
Drinks in, crisps ready. Hard course, especially the back 9. Leaders just about to go out. Come on Rory. (y)
 
Another Major which Rory had in his grasp and really had to put the hammer down to win but couldn't do it. Very similar to The Open at St Andrews last year. Just can't find those approach shots and clutch putts when it is needed.
 
I can never relax watching Rory. I dont know if its because it really want him to win that i am just expecting the worst to happen - i feel the same watching Boro in big moments.

Its a shame that he fell just short. He is getting closer

I know exactly what you mean. A bit like you know Boro will find a way to break your heart, Rory will always slide a 4ft par putt by after having 20ft for birdie.
