Passion, barely believable shithousery, ridiculously good at defending, a bit of flair and proper footballers.

They’re like a bearable Argentina.

On paper you’d look at Portugal and go semi finals minimum. Individually that first team is absolutely brilliant.

Cancelo and Diaz at the back, Bernardo Silva, Ruben Neves and Bruno Fernandes in the middle, João Felix and Ronaldo up front, Raphael Guerriero is fantastic - that is some quality.

But I dunno, I don’t rate them since Cristiano went into god mode. I don’t think it gets the best out of Bruno and Bernardo, who are incredible footballers, because they have to fit into a system that serves Ronaldo which doesn’t get the best out of them. Bruno in particular can’t play with him.

Let’s see but I reckon they might be the best team to go out in the group stage.
