Hats off to them,as hard as nails.
Ive known a few and I wouldnt mess!
I had a Ukrainian neighbor a few years back late 20s,and local youths causing an antisocial issue.One night when they were passing she flew at them and I had to peel her off the big gobby one.
Needless to say we never saw them again.

Don't I know it - god bless her soul. 20 years together now. We are in pieces with over half our family in peril.

One of my best friends is married to a Ukrainian, and she can drink any of us under the table

Mine can take apart and re assemble an AK47 blind folded - and probably knows at least 9 differerent ways to kill me.....with her thumb.
She used to drink a lot - now mostly one or 2 lemon Gins of a night - she has uncanny discipline for diet and drink. Exactly the same physique as well I first fell in love with her incredible rear.

I miss her getting squiffy and singing Revolution songs ( she having grown up as a 'soviet') - she is most definitely Ukrainian now mind.

Hopefully the Russian Women are just as strong and cause a Russian Revolution against Putin and the Orligarchs. Somebody on the inside needs to take him out.

knew a ukrainian woman few years ago and she was a different breed to the soft UK materialistic ladies - tough mind, straight talk and as gentle as a kitten....

Went to a friends wedding in Kyiv about 15 years ago, the brides Grandma was there... a typical Ukrainian babushka who looked to be in her 80s. we were all sat around outside and she approached us and their was nowhere for her to sit. I stood up and offered her my seat. she practically threw me back into it. you don't mess with the Ukrainian babushkas. hard as nails!

They should form the first Babushka division and stick them on the frontline to tell the Russians to go home.
