I always thought it impossible to eat a flake in a bath? They crumble everywhere as it is leaving melted chocolate on random parts of clothing

I don't know why but I feel like a Flake tastes better even though its probably composed almost identically of the same stuff.

They should just start utilizing the full length flakes for 99's, it would be really good. It'd be the best of both worlds, mine where I push the flake right down into the bottom of the cone so I get a chocolatey ending AND the normal peoples way of having it sticking out of the ice cream

Ye I think it’s more crumbly and therefore melts quicker in the mouth which for me makes it taste better

Heck no, that is like sex in a lift, wrong on so many levels. The correct way is to push the flake down into the cone as far as it will go (without breaking the cone) then commence the assault on your tastebuds as you start with the ice cream in anticipation of the delight of cone, flake and ice cream together as you bite down the cone.
