I would get Finch involved with the first team. I know he is young but he has one outstanding attribute- an eye for goal.
I remember seeing Trevor Francis play against us as a 16 year old! So Finch is not too young if good enough.

I take it you lads were at the Barnsley game and saw what our best young lads are capable of at present?
