Out of 14 studio albums and 67 singles.... then yeah, only 2 half decent songs is pretty badWorst band in the world but they've done two good songs?

I was having a conversation with my girlfriend about U2 the other day as neither of us could name any songs by them.
After a few minutes I remembered that beautiful day song they used when premier league highlights were on ITV.
I’m probably too young for them, in my head I see them as an 80s band. That could be wrong, they just seem very middle of the road to me.

I'm in the early stuff is absolutely cracking camp.
They played I will follow on 6music this morning and it was the best song I heard for over an hour. If a band released that today the music industry would sh1t themselves with excitement.
For that period alone I'd rate them as a great band and I'll forgive them their more middle of the road music over the past couple of decades as they've still had some crackers in amongst that.
