Where are the Tory Billingham councillors?

I'll tell you where they aren't, at meetings to discuss changes to the town centre, they didn't bother turning up.

At least it has 'Conservative' on it - I had a leaflet through, in green font, for a councillor the week before last and only in very small letters at the bottom did it say it was from the local conservative association.
