I often he he lacks charisma, but I'm not sure that being charismatic should be the top of voters list when it comes to a potential PM, if at all.I can only speak for myself. I think he keeps his beliefs to himself and toes a line to win an election. Whilst getting the tories out of no 10 is important, I would rather starmer trusted the electorate, was clear in his beliefs and offering.
I have no doubt he will be a very good administrator, his career to date highlights that he has a great attention to detail and can run a team dealing with complex issues.
He will be a good leader, but my issue is where is he leading us.
I think he, and the party, are in a difficult balancing act between the traditional (harder) left and winning votes from the (softer) right.
