Today's atmosphere

I've been critical before of the crowd and the negativity and it's impact on the team, however today the crowd were excellent and they were rewarded for their patience and support.

You couldn’t hear them on the tele and I was wondering if the sound had been turned down. You could hear the Red Faction though.

I don’t think so. If it was for the ref they would have been when the officials walk off the pitch. I guess that it was disappointment that we hadn’t had a decent shot despite all our pressure.

To be honest there was some Boro fans a few rows in front of me, who did exactly the same. Didn't watch a minute of the game!
