I had a bit of rest this year from the board, after it was pointed out to me by the sons the amount of posts and time I spent on here, although in fairness I was doing other things, hobby's at the same time.
2100 posts I've sent, I could say it works out, posting and just having a butchers its about 1 hour a time....... 2100@ 1hour divided by 24 =87.5 full days:eek: frightening really isn't it.

I do watch you tube a lot for guitar stuff, and still mulling over a purchasing metal lathe and milling machine to make some the stuff I've seen on there.
I spend way to much time on the internet posting tbh, I think I`ll stick to the odd football post. when the season draws near.
 
I think quite a few spend too long on here - me probably included.
I can't believe how many posts some people have made - God knows how they do it.
Nice to hear from you Ticker all the same.
 
i am on all day during the week. 378 messages total, mainly on the football threads. always lurked.

funnily enough i am hardly to be seen on a weekend, don't log in at all.
 
I absolutely love it. I don't do social media and this place really does fill that void. Who doesn't want to chat football all day?
 
Im not a huge poster but I do peruse the board a lot and have done for many years. I hope it's around for a long long time because there are some great posters and on here who I'll happily admit I've learnt from. Saying that, there are some proper whack jobs around at times too 🤣

Go get ya lathe and milling machine Ticker but keep posting if you enjoy it.

There's actually one of those old fashioned 1980s style 'football chat' premium rate telephone lines available on here where you can talk to a sexy football of your choice but you have to become a member of the clique before you can unlock and access it.

Try to keep posting on here mate. Not that I'm trying to tell you what to do here of course but you only just came back about a week ago and you're one of the good guys on here. Just don't get too absorbed in it or take it too seriously. All the best fella.

We all need a break Ticker, I did for a couple of weeks, when I logged off I didn't check just left it alone, then after a short break I started to post again, enjoy it on here TBH
 
And yes it's good to see you posting again, we've had a few disagreements but no falling out & you kindly sent me a Juninho photo

Good to see you back as well Erimus but I've told you that already. Ticker was a right sod to me on the old board but I knew that he was just winding me up and took it as just a bit of fun at the time and he is a really good poster. I hope he sticks around this time but only if he wants to, obviously.
