What’s everyone’s opinion? I’ve always been brought up to wait my turn and would always wait for the person in front to finish. I had a right prat in Lidl today who started to load their shopping on the belt before I’d barely unloaded my full trolley of shopping on to the belt. This left me with a 1/4 of the belt so took longer and all I got back from him was “you don’t want to mess with me” when I said he should have waited.

I would’ve took an age to get my payment sorted and with a comment like that from clearly a chav - I would’ve told the till operator that I have forgotten something and would be one min. Then gone and took 5 minutes somewhere in the store…..just to infuriate the chav

Sounds like he was begging for an attitude adjustment.

Where's expo when you need him?

If you had an available cucumber you should have rammed it up his nostril and said no sunshine, get it right, you don’t mess with me. Failing that, call for the store manager and ask him to tell the naughty man off.

And infuriated everyone else waiting behind you

I'd have just said "Why, is it contagious?". I must admit I'm a bit sensitive about people coming into my personal space, but a good ten-second stare usually makes them back off.
