Haha! Yes, I wouldn't normally warm so much to a Red Scouser! TBH I'd never heard of him till a month or so. I was listening to a panel of music industry people on 5 Live giving pelters to a spokesman from Viagogo about secondary ticketing. and he was on the panel. He impressed me with what he was saying. So I Googled him, and loved his stuff. Songs like Weekend in Paradise, Love Affair, and Going Out are particularly impressive.Snap, seen him in Leeds last year.
