I wouldn't buy from again after they didn't refund me for 6 months after the guns and Roses cancellation last May.

The tour was canceled due to covid. Yet they wouldn't refund until it was rescheduled (next year). They held on to 4 tickets worth over £500

Proper wound me up 😕

Same here. I got tickets for the Little Mix concert that was cancelled last summer- I can't have a refund as they claim it has not been cancelled just delayed- to this fkn summer

I think you're one of many thousands.

I wouldn't mind but apparently they changed the refund rules mid covid despite buying them under the old small print (if it was canceled or delayed they offered you money back). It is taking bands over a year annonce new dates.

I get it's an issue they couldn't have expected and everyone wanting money back. That said I bought them under one T&C and changed during the pandemic. I have the money back but it was nearly 6 months later.
