That's what I thought! Seems a little silly having a waiting list, offer a bit of false hope.
I think the normal waiting list is for returns from players tickets, hospitality tickets etc.

Am trying to get some answers to the policy. Looking at how long it is taking tickets to arrive the problems with postal service is going to make it hard to offer returns on tickets in any case.

I can't remember the last time I went to any ticketed event other than a football match that required a paper ticket to get in. Music gigs, comedy shows, plays, lectures, etc. have been sending PDFs for years.
