October 4th, away to October & a match I attended & when walking away thinking we may have chance in this league & do something, the season certainly turned in to something extra special for those old enough to be there

 
Was a good day, some great away days that season. Rough old area Milmoor with old black puddling tracks. Big Mal had his first game there too iirc.

I was at that game Ticker, think it was big Mals 1st, or 2nd away game, good memory
 
I took my girlfriend to this game on one of our first dates, it’s our 33rd wedding anniversary this month, she had nightmares for weeks after about the alleyway on the way out rammed with boro fans, I also got the vhs tape.

Yes remember the alley way to the away end, still have my VHS video too
Congratulations, we just celebrated our 34th in August 👍
 
That was my favourite season. I went to nearly every away game . Used to go to the cenotaph and get rides in tranny vans with 2 benches in the back
