Boro lose at home 1-0 to Notts County in front of our lowest league attendance 3,364 at Ayresome Park, excluding war years
In the holgate for the Notts County game was our new chairman Alf Duffield

The previous home game to Oldham we lost 2-1 infront of the lowest attendance at the time 3,477

To the Boro fans who are old enough & we're there that day, well done, great support

I think I was there. I was certainly going that season and I remember the tiny crowds. People used to play games in the holgate the footy was so dire :)
