I am pretty sure he has probably had the clap on a number of occasions already. You are not trying to make him get it again are you?

To be fair those who are doing the #clapboris on twitter are saying exactly what you are saying.
 
The # don’t buy the Sun is a brilliant thread on twitter at the moment. The Sun is clearly in big trouble with its fans trying to persuade us to get behind such an incredible British institution in their tweet # buy the Sun. The tweets exposing their historical hatred on the NHS, doctors and nurses tells you all you need to know about the Sun’s demise being a tiny positive from the grimmest of situations.
 
Boris got my vote in the election but I certainly won’t be clapping him. I have made it clear on other threads that I wish him a speedy recovery but I won’t be clapping.

How far do you go.
 
I also don’t clap people who have died in the what ever minute we are all told. I have s asLeats shown respect to anyone who’s passed away but I just don’t get the clapping.

I have been out to clap the heroes every Thursday.
 
I got invited to a group on fb that had about 150k people in it. They’re all raging now that they were the only one in their street clapping and posting anti labour rubbish. Did they seriously think this was going to be a thing?
 
Anyone who claps for Bxxxx isn't simply wishing him a full recovery, they’re treating him as if he were a hero. He is not, unlike those who are treating him and so many others. He will have infected 2.5-3 people statistically according to epidemiologists, each of those will have gone on infect to another 2.5-3 people...etc etc so he will have been personally responsible for many getting Covid-19, besides the 000s of victims of his culling policy

Kuepper your a bitter person with a huge agenda. Showed your true colours last night. Why not keep a low profile and hope a man expecting a child amongst the other 1000s of others get better
 
I wondered what that silence was at 8pm last night.

I think the applause should be kept to show our appreciation and thanks for the NHS and not be hijacked in this way.

Hope Johnson makes a full and speedy recovery but this is a misjudged and ill thought out concept.
