fans forced substitutions. The home fans only, have a voting box under their seat. After 10 mins of the 2nd half they are allowed to plug in an oppo player number and send the vote. They can do this multiple times but no more than 1 per minute. If at any point, a player on the oppo side has more than 60% of the active votes in a 1 min period , then the away bench is notified by the 4th official and that player MUST be substituted in the next 3 mins after notification. So basically if an oppo player is too darn good for his fancy pants boots , then home fans can say we are not interested in seeing you damage our chances of a win , so lets be off with you laddie !
