Being trying to get in contact with someone within the company to ring me back about a repair I want to do to my roof but the roofing company won`t start until the housing company say it`s ok to proceed

I`m a private owner and the adjoining house is owned by Thirteen Housing

Been through to their main contact that is just phone based and they are saying it`ll be passed on but it`s now been 10 days since I first made contact.

Does anyone know if they have a place I can go and show my face, the offices over by the Riverside are just people who take phone calls so not like a head office I can go and talk to someone face to face.

Hope someone can offer a sensible suggestion

TIA

It will be easier to get a roofing company that will do the work without having to speak to thirteen group,
it’s only a backside covering exercise that will become long winded trying to find someone fro thirteen who is going to put their name to it.
any roofing company should be carrying out pre work assessments anyway, before getting on the roof and starting work, as long as everything is logged and time stamped pictures taken of any issues, should be good to go.

Cheers @Stocko

Yeh I reckon that`ll what i`ll end up doing

Yeh they`ve already sent a drone up and have highlighted a shared lead gulley that has water gathering at the back end (guessing the run off isn`t right)

I`ll ring them and see what they can do without consentfrom the housing assiciation
