There's a RAT in me PC what am a gonna do?

So I got Ratted yesterday. Was AFK and pulled the plug before any more damage could be done. Still I'm £40 down. I know how I got it I've also identified it in start up processes. I was using a VPN at the time and have changed my location to a different one. Will they still be able to get in while I'm sorting it out?
