Their is such a feeling of acceptance about these performances.

We just seem to know what's going to happen, who is going to have a poor game and that we will concede a soft goal.
I'm finding it harder and harder to accept that the manager and coaching staff aren't seeing what we are seeing.
That is roughly two years now of totally unacceptable performances at home and surely this can't go on.
Massive period for Carrick and the club in general now.
We have to make the play offs or this will be another poor season 😔

Listening to Carrick post match and it's just like listening to a broken record.
Surely a man/ex player of his experience and standing can see we have major issues with that squad/team. He cannot keep coming out with the same expletives especially the "we need to improve" one after each poor home performance.
Like I said in my opening post though this is a massive few months for him and the club.

Carrick
Nothing was T’riffic about any of it.
There has been a feeling of impending failure for a little while now. It does get glossed over with a decent half here and there.
The truth is that carrick should now be coming under pressure because the same happens every week. Aside from burgzorg and doak we have a team of players who want to face their own goal and pass side to side.

We should have been beaten 3 or 4 nil today

If we make the playoffs we'll then have to produce three good performances in a row. Can we do that?
I would say it needs to be more than three. Teams 'in form' do better in the play-offs. The last time we made the play-offs our form leading up to them was atrocious.

Nothing that happened today was really going to change how we’ve seen the Boro this season. Once the teams were announced then a 1-0 away win was always favourite.

You could argue we could have 7 first teamers back for Portsmouth. We’re out of a cup we’re not going to win so I’m not going to lose any sleep but….

Today perfectly demonstrates this issues. We don’t win enough home games. We move the ball far too slowly at times. Ridiculous kick off times and pedestrian football is killing atmosphere

I think the % is steadily growing and the feeling we had before the start of the season is seeping away.
I’m fairly lucky that I go to majority of away games but supporters for home games only must be as sick as a parrot.
I missed the game today as I just couldn't sit freezing for two hours watching another predictable and poor home performance. I very, very rarely miss home games but was happy to swerve that today.
That % will keep growing if we don't improve at home. It will grow even quicker if our away form dips.

Don't be ridiculous. It was a dull, tight game which could have easily gone either way.

Feeling of impending failure, yet 5th in the league and still odds-on for a top 6 finish. Square that circle.

Momentum is so important in the Championship...this squad has proved so far that they can't get that momentum apart from when we won 3 out of 4 against 3 poor teams and then Blackburn beat us in between.
