As someone who has been told he is too harsh on Barlaser at times even I am not sure why you are singling him out so many times

Because he is having a terrible game. His passing is off, he buckles under the Leeds press and has let the Leeds midfielders get off the back of him way too many times. I’m singling him out because I think he’s been our worst player and Howson could do better in the second half.

I also think Clarke, Borges, McGree and Hackney have struggled badly, ELL and Azaz have been absolutely anonymous and Doak is having his worst game in a Boro shirt.

When so many of them are having so many issues, it’s a matter of how they’ve been prepared or set up imo.

It’s worth remembering this is a team we beat 3 - 0 not so long ago, when we played 5 at the back.

Not sure going to Elland Road with 4 at the back and Barlaser playing was a great choice.
