* The Unofficial "Official" Boro v Spurs. FA Cup. 5th Round. Match-day Thread *

When good Prem teams come to town, you hope for a good result, hope to be able to ride your luck and sneak a win. Tonight we were the better team, and a second goal would not have been an injustice. We seemed to get better and better as the game went on. Wonderful.

Still in shock after that

Wow. Jonny Howson absolutely took the **** out of them as the game went on.

And Coburn's finishing, is F***ing ruthless. He should be pushing to start soon, surely. I thought Chris Wilder would've shipped him out when I seen he was looking for at least two strikers in January. I am delighted that did not happen.

Still think we'll fall a bit short for promotion this season, but if Wilder had arrived last Summer .. we wouldn't have.

Absolutely class.

Right across the park the players were immense! Djiksteel got better as the game went on, the subs slotted straight in…….even Lumley had a brain storm!👍👏👏👏

Gary Lineker,Danny Murphy,Adele, Michael McIntyre your boys took one hell of a beating!!!☺️
The BBC "luvvies" really weren't expecting that😂

Feel so proud of young Coburn, he must feel like hundred Christmases have come at once ... but as I just said I was worried Wilder may be looking to loan him and he would be out the picture. He just shown tonight, he has to stay here. It's not outrageous to think he should be one of the starting 11 come next season if we don't go up. Surely not, now. Smashed that in right past Lloris, a France international like it was a piece of ****. He's proven in the presence of the likes of Kane and Son what he has in his locker and people will be talking about that goal all week. All healthy for the lad and do his confidence the world of good.

If Kane or Son had put away a goal like Josh did tonight, Danny Murphy wouldn't have stopped jizzing over it until the match was over, like ' theres that bit of quality Boro are missing'

Weren't missing **** all tonight.

Go on Josh, lad. Over the moon for you

Thought it was a sell out. 31,135 there. Isnt that 3k below capacity?
Great win nonetheless,
