We've got a better record against the horse punchers than Chelski so I guess I'd rather them lot up the road to get through
 
Great last north east side in the cup I really didn't want to get to final against the Saudis and give them a cup
 
Van den Berg's injury is a stiff back.

Jones and Latte Lath have hamstring issues that were being managed.

Crooks is definitely injured.

Carrick didn't mention Rogers, but he's clearly injured too.
 
What does anyone expect Carrick to do?
Wave a flippin magic wand?
He's a battler, not a bottler.
88 other Football League Clubs would love to be in the Semi`s of The League Cup.
Or should I say......the other 88 aren't good enough, but we are. (y)

Agree, we’ve got past a lot of banana skin ties to get to the semis, all away from home through dodgy periods of form and injuries.

And we’ve sold every ticket for evening matches all over the place.

It has been a fantastic cup run whatever happens next.

Highly commendable performance from Port Vale especially as they’ve only recently promoted from League Two. Ok we dominated and should have had a few more but we’ve made it through to another semifinal which is quite remarkable considering what we’ve been through over the last few seasons. Fantastic support from the fans again.

Huge respect for the Vale manager who went on the pitch at the end and shook hands with all of our players .

I’ve been very lucky this season as I have attended every round, and enjoyed them all. Whoever we get in the semis, we’ll hopefully give them two games to remember.
