VDB had no need to go chasing the ball on that first goal. He left their danger man in acres of space. He's got a lot of potential - and could be a first choice centre back in years to come - but he lacks pace and think Dijksteel deserves a chance at right back. Like to see Rodgers on for Greenwood, who is a powder puff player for me. Barlaser for Howson later on possibly. Would take a draw right now. No way will Plymouth stay 19th. Good side, may finish top half.

they are not getting a lot of support from the wide men in front to be fair to them. Engel hasn't done much wrong VDB isn't having his best game

Is it just me or do we seem to get offside a lot? But also, like stupid and obvious offsides?
I swear there are many times where I just don’t get even remotely excited with a pass or through ball because we are so blatantly offside?

It started with Crooks pressing alone leading to us being a man short, but yes, Engel didn't cover himself in glory did he!
That's why he's in the championship, has all the tools to be a top player but needs to work on his consistency.

VDB ain't a RB. I could understand if we had no other option. Yet we now have. I have no doubt he will be a great signing as a CB. A RB he isn't.
I'm suprised Rogers didn't start.
To be fair Plymouth look decent. Arguably one of the best I've seen against us this season. Although we could easily have been 0-2 up so slightly frustrating.
