to be fair, we don't know who has had covid, and who is feeling weak from it, I wouldn't read too much into individual performances todayDreadful 2nd half performance. Wood and Lumley have had mares.
hope you put money on that and who should I put money on for tomorrows matches? We're going to win this in the 95th minute!
Lumley’s performance was a concern no matter which way you look at it for me.to be fair, we don't know who has had covid, and who is feeling weak from it, I wouldn't read too much into individual performances today
Why was Sol Brynn recalled from a successful loan spell but couldn’t even get on the bench here? It'll be v disappointing if we don't sign a decent goalie, Lumley is always an accident waiting to happen
Yep we were rubbish but we have no idea who trained, if anyone has been illl etc etcto be fair, we don't know who has had covid, and who is feeling weak from it, I wouldn't read too much into individual performances today
horrific conditions for a keeper today, driving rain, strong wind, mud bath of a pitch and after effects of covid. You can't take todays performances individually as much of an indication of anything. It's interesting that our entire midfield goes missing, the defence are all over the place and the takeaway is its the keepers fault.
Winner winner chicken dinner
We have loads unavailable with Covid and he could be one of themWhy was Sol Brynn recalled from a successful loan spell but couldn’t even get on the bench here?
Class cross from Jones, kept his feet & just put across goal to oncoming playersGreat win that
we’re in the hat and that’s all you can ask for.
That might actually be what happened. We looked like a side that has probably barely trained for a week 2nd half , leggy & out muscled .......but got there in end
It's interesting that our entire midfield goes missing, the defence are all over the place and the takeaway is its the keepers fault.
Disagree but there you go. In the first half we should have been out of sight. We were fielding a makeshift team who hadn't played together before with possible weakness from a club ravaged with a virus against a very useful Mansfield who put Sunderland out away from home last time out. Guts and spirit saw us through.Undeserved but we'll take it.
