He attempted to handball it but it just hit the bar and bounced away. Terrible decision.

Big wake up call for MC , this game has shown him we are miles away.

Can't pick a man of the match , not one player has played well.
 
Deserved nout, got nout.

They were the best team we’ve played and we defended poorly.

Easy to blame Steffen but team deserved to lose.

Everyone in this league is miles away from Burnley for very obvious reasons, but don't let that get in the way of a good overreaction.
 
Very tough game. Burnley are the champions elect aren’t they. A very hard team, a very good team. We had a good first half but they overpowered us in the end. Steffen had a nightmare. I think today highlighted two or three deficiencies in our team/squad. Central midfield in particular.

No shame in losing to Burnley. If they don’t win the league I’d be amazed. We’ll be fine next time out.
 
Never understand strikers who stand there and allow goalkeepers to crowd them and mouth off to them when waiting to take a penalty. If there’s a delay, walk away and re-approach when the keeper has been made to go back to his line.

You could see Akpom’s confidence diminishing by the second there.
