Who ever comes in to manage a team, becoming deeply embedded in the relegation dog-fight before October, has to have the skin of a rhino and experience of fighting fires.
With 2 out of the next 7 games being at home, on the current trajectory we are likely to get 5 points out of 21. By that time we will be over 40% of the way through the season.
It might not be the time yet to press the "panic button" - but its getting too close for comfort.
