We are very imbalanced at the moment, probably because we have a team that has not had enough time form an understanding , that takes time , however they should be drilled in their shape , style and movement when on the pitch.
They should also be able to make 3 or more passes as a team, to make space and move into space to receive the ball, and then having done that, have a teammate with the ability to provide a pass ( Sporars goal at Notts Forest being an example ), We cant do this , its all run forward and lose out , cut inside and get tackled , putting us straight on the back foot and exposing a slow awkward looking defence and slow barren midfield.
We couldnt threaten a creche from any set pieces , they are just pointless.
Id like to see Warnock succeed , but , i just cant see it .
Already we have players shadows of their former selves, new players looking shell shocked and frustrated.
Some good quality individuals, but horrific as a collective.
Anyone who believes that we were comfortable until Dijksteel went off is either deluded or stupid.
This team is a mismatch, it doesnt work at the moment. We havnt worked since January.
I dont know / cant see what each individuals role is in the team, where he plays and what he is trying to achieve as a collective. Their are no partnerships, no understandings, no support, no cover its all reactive, not proactive .
Very frustrating to watch. I just hope we escape relegation this season as thats how we look.
We look like a load of individuals just doing their own thing and seeing what comes off .
