I’ve said it before, he’s a luxury player. I think he’s got a wonderful passing range, but he’s too slow and constantly gets bypassed in midfield.

I can't believe anyone was thinking all these players coming back from injury were going to turn us into a top team. They are the same players that were playing when we had our worst start to a season for 30 years. There's a lack of quality and Carrick seems happy to play players out of position unnecessarily to accommodate mediocre players.

I've never seen a player cost us so many goals and still have so many fans think he's good. It genuinely confuses me how people who are obviously passionate Boro fans and watch us every week can think he's good.
