What if we can’t get them over the line? What if all the interviews, twitter likes and contract refusals just don’t cut the mustard? We can’t have all the eggs in one basket? Must have plenty of irons in the fire..

No one really saw Mowatt until it happened, I'm sure the club have alternatives lined up.
Greaves is the one I want most but I don't see what he gains from it, Hull his boyhood club are on the up and spending money.

No one saw Mowett until it happened.. maybe Chuba Akpom too. Riley McGree looks decent as a number 10 too

Does that mean we’re after a LCB, DM and a ST?

I dont think we will get another centre mid, we have 4 First teammers + Mcnair, with Boyd Munce as an extra back up. If we gets Greaves or a different alternative I think we will see McNair in midfield alot more often.

Interesting if it does turn out like that. Wilder has been dismissive of having McNair play in midfield and said the plan was to play him right side of defence. Plans change I guess..

The lad rated at 15m plus if rumours are to be believed, be a major suprise if its him.
I think the left sided defender will be a suprise name as much as I'd like Jacob Greaves

Boyd Munce is a million miles away from the first team. Thought he was going out on loan anyway.

Yeah, Jacob Greaves doesn’t feel close atm

Hopefully our recruitment can weave their magic and offer up an improvement.
A lot of the linked names have gone elsewhere..
