do they mean wages?

do they mean transfer/loan fees?

do they mean both?

do they mean transfer value?

He played and developed far more under Warnock than he did Woodgate. He broke into the side under Woodgate and started strong but tailed off, Woodgate couldn't turn his form round and then he got dropped for attitude problems. Warnock absolutely developed him, especially in the second season.

The thing they've been able to do at Forest is perform more consistently. He's played as well during his time here, he's just doing it on a consistent basis now whilst he only did it for odd games here.
